Dave Cichocki (pronounced sha-ha-ski) began shooting photo's over 30 years ago when his brother gifted him his first camera - a Pentax K1000 - during their high school years. As Dave explained, "he didn't want it anymore and was big into baseball, so he gave it to me. "
Dave operated a professional photography studio and dark room in Toledo, Ohio for roughly 10-years, shooting mainly fashion photography (color and black & white) for Mary Kay Cosmetics, The Toledo Zoo, Margaret O'Briens Modelling Agency and others.
With a diverse array of professional experiences adding a unique perspective to his photography (ask Dave to share a story about his days with the Toledo Police Department) Dave's images are powerful, thoughtful and beautifully composed.
